While many find it hard to believe that Hamilton County, Indiana has a population of families living in substandard or inadequate housing, statistics show that there are more than 12,000 households in our county that fall into this category.
The Habitat for Humanity Hamilton County (HFHHC) affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International was incorporated in May of 1990. Our goal is to help families succeed in owning decent homes in our county.
Since that time we have built 50 new houses which provide secure homes for over 175 family members.
